FAQs
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have always loved working in film - seeing the blank page gradually fill with life, being on set and then seeing that life be recorded into being. But editing is unique to me. It is seeing the pieces of that recorded life being put into a fluid motion. Like a machine, filled with heart and soul. Nothing compares to what the editing experience can provide.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Working with organizations to help promote their institution, feature a fundraiser or advertise their own job opportunities, and teaching others to use FCP. I also am skilled at working on sets, with the camera and lighting crews.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I recently created a historical video for a church in Washington, DC. It was a unique opportunity to work with clients who valued their own history and the church they represented. I used a lot of historical photos and information that helped bring the history of that place alive. Working with others like that to give them a product that will benefit them for a long time is something that I am most proud of.
