Introduction: My movement is unique. It can range from high energy/
no impact to low energy. My dance/exercise class combines cardio with floor exercises and light weights.
Central to the workout are toning and resistance exercises for the butt, legs, torso, and arms to sculpt muscles through dance, Pilates, and weight lifting.
They are just exercises that lengthen and strengthen as you are burning fat. Plus, dance much like exercise is therapeutic and makes you feel confident. You will have fun while getting in shape in a comfortable, personalized atmosphere.
