1. Identify clients goals. 2. Assess clients current fitness level. 3. Define realistic timeline in order to succeed. 4. Agree upon mutual measurable outcomes. 5. Set the client up with necessary diet and exercise guidelines to ensure their success. 6. Follow up with them on a weekly basis to ensure progress.

Experience training at Equinox, NASM personal training certification, ACE personal training certification.
