As a "steady-gym-goer," I've been training with Candice for almost 7 months now and I must say that in comparison to different gyms I've gone to and countless workout videos I've done, I've received some of the BEST workouts from training with Candice. She has played a big role in helping me reach my fitness goals while also providing me with great tips on maintaining a healthier diet (which is something that I've struggled with for many years). She is by far the best trainer that I have worked with!!
