As a professional dancer, I had many injuries due to imbalanced muscle strength. I learned how to balance strength and flexibility for optimum performance and injury prevention.

Helen, an older woman came to me with very poor posture. It took time and dedication but we have corrected her posture, improved her bio-mechanics and changed her life.
