Introduction: Fitness should be fun while moving you towards your goals. I believe the only way you will continue to stay motivated and stick to a program is if you find joy in what you are doing - I strive to meet the personal needs of each individual. I specialize in your overall body wellness, I want you to feel good in your body and feel good about your body. My goal with each client is to return them to a time when they felt great and had boundless energy. I take my time to make sure you are feeling each exercise working, this helps your body awareness and gives you autonomy in your own program. I am passionate about helping others reach their fitness goals by guiding them through gradual lifestyle changes. My approach to training is centered around finding activities clients love and bringing them to a place with their bodies where they feel empowered and are enjoying the process! We have fun while we workout!

Awesomely fun person and workout. Robin got me to start working out when nothing really had before. She made the hour fly by! I've continued doing the exercises she showed and have more energy now. I think meeting Robin was a changing point in my life and my health. In the 4 weeks we trained, I built muscle and stamina and a new found fervor for working out. Thanks Robin :)

Robin is fantastic!! She made me feel comfortable right from the start, and made an effort to get to know me, and what I'm wanting out of our training sessions. She is incredibly knowledgeable and I'm happy to put my complete trust in her. About a month in and I'm already seeing results!!

I look forward to training with Robin and came to her with exercises I was already doing for physical therapy. At the moment we're working on cardio and strength training that complements PT. Robin is attentive, professional, fun and keeps me motivated to reach my goals.

Robin is a great trainer and I highly recommend her. She is very knowledgeable about nutrition and all the current exercises. She has helped to get me stronger and in better shape. I'm very pleased and continue to train with her.

I'm so fit now! Robin helped me slowly get up and running again! She's such a joy to work with and I looked forward to our time together. Worth every single penny. I couldn't have done it without her support, guidance and wisdom. She's all heart - and she's a mom, so she understands TOTALLY what I needed, where I was and how I got to where I am. I learned that when I'm stuck- it's because I need support. A very valuable lesson! I recommend her to every woman wanting to feel strong, look good -- and be able to fit into your clothes again!
