Introduction: You will be guided through a 12 week full body program customize designed to fit your body to meet your specific goals. Expect efficient results, results you can see and feel every week, results you have earned! I have helped many people, both men and women, improve their lives through consistent fitness, nutrition, motivation, and body transformation. My programs are designed using full body strength training techniques to efficiently improve your strength and power, burn fat, build muscle, improve posture, and allow you to live a more athletic confident life. Adding in high intensity interval training and myofascial compression techniques, we will work to improve your cardio respiratory endurance and flexiblity. To compliment your hard work in the gym, we will take nutrition very seriously, incorporating education, meal plans, and accountability. Fitness and nutrition go hand in hand, we will cover it all to ensure you achieve the best results. I absolutely love all of the life-long relationships I get to create with so many different types of people, it is a very rewarding job!

How am I supposed to review this incredible lady in just a paragraph?? If you want to change your health in a positive uplifting environment with personalized attention and understanding then you want Alex. If you are an athlete who has injury problems, needs to challenge your idea of nutrition, take your sport to the next level, then Alex is your trainer. If you want to reach your body goals with a one stop shop for a knowledgable nutritionist and personal trainer who understands not only lifting but running as well? Well you get the gist. I sought out Alex first to help me reach my body goals through nutrition (and I thought i knew everything about nutrition....WRONG!) And not only did I see great results by sticking to her realistic guidelines but I also saw an improvement in my triathlon career. I had more energy! THEN I sought her out to help fix my injury problems with running through trigger point rolling techniques (physical therapy I can do at home) and I went from not being able to run for 6 months to running pain free in 3 weeks! Now Im working with her lifting in the gym to build strength in the supporting muscles to help minimize injury and make me stronger and more efficient....She's the right mix of pushing you to your limit and encouraging. I look forward to going to the gym with her every session!

Alex is a fantastic trainer who pushes you to "better your best" on a daily basis. While I was never overweight, like most women I felt like I could be in better shape, and as as a runner, I wanted to work on improving my speed and endurance. I've been working with her 2x/week at 5:30am for the past eight months. She trains with individual workouts that are tailored to your specific goals (example: I wanted to get stronger without getting bigger). Since I started I've dropped 5% body fat AND 17 MINUTES OFF MY MARATHON PR! These are REAL, honest to god results. Because she is so dedicated to her clients(personalized workouts, nutrition plans, measurements, etc.), she expects you to commit as well. That means showing up on time, not flaking, and giving 100% at each session. She is incredibly attentive, helping you to achieve your goals while staying injury-free (or working around injuries). If you are looking for a trainer, especially if you are into running, I HIGHLY recommend you connect with Alex.

Alex is an extremely well rounded trainer! On top of the fantastic and challenging physical part of the training, she's amazing at nutritional coaching! She creates unique meal plans that are healthy and easy to follow! I saw overall body results within the first 8 sessions.

I've been training with Alex for about 2 years now and I have to say that as my first trainer she has been great! She really takes the time to tailor your workouts to your needs and not only works with you in the gym but outside as well. She gives meal plans and daily workouts to make sure you are keeping up with your goals and if you fall off track, as most of us do since we're human--she helps you get back on track! One of my goals last year was to run a half marathon and she did it with me! I couldn't have asked for better motivation than that :)
