Pricing varies according to frequency and specific needs of the individual client.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start day one with setting up the future of our partnership and ultimately writing down the path to success, covering everything from lifestyle, current fitness and nutrition habits, to goals and how to attack them. From there we meet 2-4x a week for 1 hour personal training sessions in an elite private gym in Hollywood focusing on fitness, and covering nutrition and other related focuses every session to stay on track with accountability. Clients receive a full 12 week fitness and nutrition program tailored to their specific goals.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am continually staying up to date with the latest developments in personal training through daily research and also continuing education in the form of new certifications. I feel as though once we stop learning we stop growing and being challenged for the better. I love a new challenge way too much to stop growing and evolving my business and lifestyle!
