I have worked with other trainers and no one understood my body or sculpted it better. She's a joy to work with. She's particularly good with trouble spots.

I was unbelievably weak before I started with Katherine. I was in such bad shape that most conventional exercises were too hard for me. Katherine started me off with custom exercises and we gradually built up. Now I am able to work with weights! I have biceps and triceps for the first time ever, and we're working on my abs next :) She is funny, understanding, and tough - the perfect balance. I can't recommend her highly enough. Thank you, Katherine!!!

Knowledgeable, efficient and passionate. Combines all elements of fitness, including the biggest challenge, diet!!!. Under her guidance I've lost 15 pounds. Can't recommend her enough.
