Training with Phil has been AMAZING. I am 6ft tall with a "large" build. I started 6 months ago at 217lb and 22% body fat. We "cut" for 12 weeks and I got down to 190, and now I am back to 206 and looking HUGE at 10% body fat. Phil trained me 3x per week, gave me meal plans, checked in on me EVERY day, and more. My boyfriend also trains with him now and we have referred him so many clients. He is THE trainer in West Hollywood. I run a Hollywood styling agency and could not be happier. I've been through 5 trainers, none are like this guy. And he is so nice and kind. Win win, I feel lucky to have him.

"Physical Phil" as I have dubbed him-- what a guy. I honestly don't get how he does it. Married, 3 kids, runs an internet company, and is booked ALL day with clients. He is committed to me and his clients at such a high level. I text him food photos for "approval" and he gives me workouts for when I travel on business, and more. He has taken me, an average 40 year old, and given me my first 6 pack ever. I am deadlifting and squatting with good form, which used to terrify me! I can't recommend him highly enough. If you want a trainer who care, trains, looks AMAZING himself, and will educate and empower you-- he is your guy.

Phil is amazing. Full meal plans, cardio and what to do on off days, and an intense 3 day a week program. I've lost 10lbs in 5 weeks as a mid 40's woman who has been trying for 3 years to do this!! Thanks, thanks! 1 session with him is like 5 sessions with anyone else.

Phil is so easy to work with. I started with a 10 session back for Christmas from my husband... now we're on session 42 :) He is so kind and I love our 3x a week training. I've lifted my butt and have abs now!! I am ready for our Hawaii vacation. Diets, workouts, off days, phone chats, etc.. he does it all. I couldn't be happier. He is my 5th trainer in 2 years. I also used to do bootcamps everywhere. Now I just need Phil and his programs for my own personal days and I have the best results of my life in 6 months.
