50lbs gone, Thanks to Edgar! I tried losing weight on my own and I did lose some but it was with Edgar's help that got it off a lot faster. We are on different time zones but he whenever I need him, he is there, basically 24/7. He has coached me on the best nutrition plan that is personlized for me and tips for the gym. I am a mother of four and have tried many different things to lose weight. My coach has been the only one who has gotten me on the right track and the best part is that the fat is staying off and I just keep getting better. Thanks Coach Bautista!
