- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I leave my standard quote but have discounts for clients that workout more than (1) day per week and for client's who pay for a specific weekly spot whether they use it or not. I also provide clients with (1) complimentary session for referrals who sign up to train with me. Feel free to contact me to discuss fees. I put no pressure on potential clients to sign up.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I talk to a potential client I find out their history of fitness and health and get an idea of lifestyle and goals. I do a complete health/fitness screening and a doctor's approval may be needed before I begin a program. I do an assessment session and then I write a program based on the health/fitness history, background, lifestyle and goals.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a certification as a Personal Trainer from the American Council on Exercise. I have a Certificate in Fitness Instruction from U.C.L.A. Extension. I have a specialty certificate in BOSU training and I have an Orthopedic Exercise Specialty Certification and I have a Pre/Postnal Exercise Certification.
