Introduction: I am a CrossFit Level 1 trainer offering one-on-one training and programming for people interested in becoming healthier, performing athletically, and/or recovering from injury. I meet clients' goals through the use of functional movements with a general physical preparedness (GPP) programming. I believe in expanding people's strength, conditioning, and motor control. All my services initially begin with a free consultation where I will meet with my potential clients, learn about them and their goals, and explain how my program can help them meet those goals. At that point, my first training session is a free trial in order for the client to decide if the program I am offering is for them. My rates vary, depending on travel and the number of sessions a client can commit to. Please feel free to contact me with any questions.

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

    I have worked with top performing athletes, individuals who've had serious prior injuries and clients who've struggled with significant body mass. I pride myself on being able to help all different types of people improve in their strength, conditioning, motor control, and mental health.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

    I think the best piece of advice I could offer is to make sure that whoever you hire is an effective coach and not just an effective athlete. A person that can perform well physically can not necessarily instruct well and it is important to be able to recognize that difference. This can be discovered rather quickly based on your success and growth. Always ask yourself if your trainer is making you better. This should be judged through a measurable way.
