Introduction: I think my work stands out from other trainers because I do not just give to my clients one of the standard Personal Training Programs and watch how the follow it workout to workout for months or years. For every person I design an Individual Program based on his/her goals, genetics, age, style of life and injuries in past (if occurred). I have a separate Training Book for each client and every session write down today's results (sets, reps, weights used). Every week we are going to do weigh-in. Once a month we do Bodymeasurements and take a pictures (front, back, side), so we can track the progress. As soon as the body stops progressing I modify or change the program in order to break the plateau and make sure the results continue to improve.
What I like the most about Personal Training job it's the opportunity to meet new interesting people and I enjoy to observe how much humans body can change just by working out.
