Cindy D’Andrea is exceptional in the field of personal training. I trained with Cindy after having my baby. I’d had a complication with extra fluid, which resulted in becoming extremely large by the baby’s due date. In addition, I’d had a C-section. In our meetings, Cindy devised a personalized workout routine for me. She carefully honed the routine, asking each week if I had any pain, and adjusting the plan of exercises accordingly. Cindy blended professionalism with a warm approach and an endearing sense of humor. Although my body was probably weaker than ever, I always felt inspired in our sessions. Cindy helped me feel hopeful that I could regain strength and tone. I felt incredibly accepted for where I was at. Cindy also helped me to be mindful of my diet. Again, her approach was informative, but accepting, and I never felt judged. Cindy also helped me to be aware of how emotional and physical health are intricately related. The post-partum period is vulnerable for many women. In my case, I had a “new” body that felt entirely foreign. Training with Cindy helped me restore a positive rapport with my body. The abdominal and breathing exercises helped so much, that others in my life even noted that my voice sounded fuller. Her dedication to the work and her attention to detail make her a stand-out in her field. I looked forward to our meetings each week. Every session left me feeling stronger and more willing to believe that transformation was possible. I also had the sense that Cindy really cared about me and was as invested as I was in my progress and growth. If you want to see results, and greatly enjoy the process, I HIGHLY recommend training with Cindy!

Working with Cindy is a valuable experience. She always, very gently, makes suggestions about specific exercises that will help your own body type. Her ready smile and charm are a treat to make any physical effort worth it. And just look at her! She is a superb example of how attention to physical fitness pays off.

Cindy teaches a fabulous aqua aerobics class! I've taken her class for about 15 years and it gets better (and harder) every year as she continually strives to improve it. She is a dedicated and hard working teacher, who stays abreast of the latest trends in exercise science and does a good job explaining things to the class. Her class is a real work-out and also always end with a great cool-down and stretching session at the end.

Cindy works on all parts of the body that need to be worked on, she knows facts about the different body parts so she can tell you what you're doing, she asks if there was any problem doing it (showing concern) and is quite a reliable, concerned physical trainer.

Cindy was my first trainer. She is excellent! She is careful thoughtful and reliable. I started with her at age 42 and had never done any athletics in my entire life. She turned me from a couch potAto g to a physically strong woman able to sustain all Types of physical Activity. I recommend her highly! Get off the couch, Call Cindy and build some strength ladies! You CAN carry your own groceries to the car!

    I am always reading, attending seminars, and working with other professionals to keep up on the latest research and development in health and fitness. Some things my client's hear on the news is quite mind blowing, so I have to be particularly sharp and on my toes to debunk myths and "phases", and bring them back to reality.
