Introduction: I am a concierge trainer, and I cater to clients of all different fitness levels. We can train outside in a natural setting or in the comfort of your own home or personal gym. It's my intention that you have fun while also getting a great workout. Exercising should be a lifelong habit, not just a painful quick fix.
My style of training is designed after the National Academy of Sports Medicine Optimum Performance Training model. It's a systematic, periodic method of strength training that safely progresses the client to his or her ultimate fitness goals.
