Gabi has been working out with me for the past 5-years. Since starting with him, my body has lost the fat it needed and gained a tone I've never had before. I am stronger -not by a measure of lifting heavier, but stronger because I am capable of doing maneuvers and exercises that, before Gabi, were never brought to my challenge. We do calisthenics, palates, stretching, good-ol-fashion sprinting, jump roping, peddling a bike uphill while pulling him behind me on a skateboard, yoga, tennis, boxing and always a few daring gymnastic drills. He takes me out of my comfort zone, but never makes me uncomfortable. Gabi is observant, thorough and professional. He asks me the right questions and listens to my answers, which is why I've seen and attained the results I have.

I Gabriel is a phenomenal trainer, motivational, inspirational and transformational. I trained with Gabriel for about a year and never felt healthier or more confident than when I was following his plan. Gabriel works you hard and encourages clean eating. IT WORKS. I lost weight, toned muscle and am stronger than I can ever remember. We set goals together and work hard to reach them.     I always educate myself on the new trends , getting new certificates in the health industry and try new dishes with new superfood ..

    I always wanted to become a doctor , Started pre med and slowly went to physical therapy practice .I have passion for health and sports , so I combined them both and created the fitness chef .

    Exercise sessions ( toning , maintain healthy weight , getting stronger , weight lose programs etc) Surf lessons and trips Prepare healthy meals , daily or bi weekly , cater bigger parties , full sit down dinners .
