Introduction: I am a certified Pilates Instructor, practicing the traditional method of Classical Pilates, which was designed by Joseph Pilates himself. I am currently obtaining my second certification in the Comprehensive Classical Method through the Pilates Technique Certification (http://josephpilates.com/). My sessions also incorporate details from modern medical research that I picked up during my first certification in Stott Pilates equipment and matwork.
I have been practicing Pilates since high school and have a strong background in dance (particularly Modern Dance). I love, love, LOVE working with dancers and former dancers either for conditioning or rehabilitation.
