Introduction: I am a motivated yoga instructor with advanced training in the lotus flow yoga, a vinyasa based style infused with the energy of song, dance and joyous revelry. I weave yoga philosophy, pranayama, mantra, meditation and movement into a heartfelt experience. I inspire others with my sense of humor and energetic spirit. I teaches all levels from beginners to advanced. Practitioners are welcome in group or private lessons. If you can breathe, you can do yoga!
