Yoga with Kim Neer

Introduction: I became a yoga teacher because I wanted to share this practice with other that I have found to be healing and strengthening. Yoga allows us to suffer less. I work with people wherever they are. I have an abundance of tools and experience to draw from, whether you are looking to heal and connect to your inner self or simply want to find proper alignment in the poses or work on strength or flexibility. The job I do is to simply be the guide, support you, and make suggestions. I have experience with all levels and all ages including pre and postnatal and children.
