It is hard to keep me still. My mind and body are constantly on the go. But amazingly, Sarah was able to easily help me settle down in her yoga classes. Her calming demeanor and voice, as well as confident presence, puts you right at ease. She takes the thinking and does it for you so you can truly enjoy the practice. I had an injured neck and Sarah constantly checked in to see how it was feeling. I felt such relief after her classes and I wish I could still take them! Don’t miss out on yoga with Sarah at your house!

Renee- I have had the pleasure of working with Sarah Howard for over five years and she knows that I don’t workout! But after she got her yoga certification, she suggested that I (and a couple other teachers) take some of her yoga classes. Sarah has a calm and serene presence which was showcased when she taught our classes and I will admit it-I loved it! I especially loved how my body felt afterwards. Sarah is an intuitive being with a guiding wisdom and warmth and her yoga classes are wonderful.

Sarah is so motivational! She made me want to push myself a little harder when it was intense but she also helped me feel the benefits of stretching and isolating my specific weak areas. I always feel great after a session with her!

"I've known Sarah for several years now. Sarah is a very good people person. Having her work with us with her yoga knowledge was very helpful, for me especially. I'm totally new to this type of body work. I am not into the meditation, stretching type workouts, but Sarah made it fun and made me actually want to do it. She had great patience working with us beginners."

raining with Sarah was powerful. She is confident, patient and knowledgable. I felt stronger after 3 sessions and craved the next session soon after my current session was over. I wish she could train me daily!

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

    I have always been an athlete and yoga has helped keep my body healthy so I can do all the things I love to do. It also helps me calm down my mind! =) I want to give people the chance to experience the positive impact yoga can bring into their life.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

    Go with your gut feeling. Does something on the website speak to you? Do you like something about someones picture? It does not have to be logical or make sense to anyone else. If it feels right, give it a shot!
