Showed up early, to help get things organized, and stayed past the end of her agreed time, to help with breakdown. Not only did the bartending (her responsibility) run smoothly, but those things located close to the bar, and bartender, ran more smoothly because of her. Charming & outgoing with the guests, without imposing on them. She never pitched a script, or anything like that. Concentrated entirely on being an excellent bartender, who made sure that the guests had a great time.
