- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am always researching new and old school ways of bartending, both at home and at my bar. I am always experimenting and tweaking my old drinks to come up with new ones. I am never one to rest on my laurels, I always am trying to make the next best thing there is out there.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I've always liked playing bartender at parties for my friends, just making awesome concoctions that keep the party going and keeping everyone happy. I decided that I want to make a career out of this, and my ultimate goal is to own my own bar as well as grow this little project.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I recently worked a private event at my restaurant that was a film premiere after party. Needless to say there were plenty of high profile celebrities, some of whom I happened to be a fan of. I made a few of my top notch cocktails for them and every single one complimented the taste and speed of my drinks.
