Introduction: I am an all-purpose caterer with experience ranging from fine dining to teaching the stay-at-home parent who wants to learn a little more diversity in the kitchen. I have been in kitchens for 17 years, cooking a wide variety of genres, French fine dining, classical Italian and Japanese to name a few. I have recently traveled the world, cooking in many countries to learn specifically how they combine each of their native ingredients together. My schooling and extensive career involve chefs such as Jasper White, Jacques Pepin, Joyce Chen and Todd English. These are just a few from a list of many. Passed hors d'oeuvres, family style, table service, buffet lunch and dinner, tending bar with specialty cocktail menus and teaching techniques can all be covered by me personally. If your special occasion calls for a larger staff, I have professionals ready to meet your party's needs, all being overseen by me. Cooking is my passion. It's something I have always truly loved ever since I can remember and still do. Starting out baking with my grandmother, cookies were a great inspiration for this young boy and I never looked back.
