We have had Chef D cook meals for us a lot. He has also helped me cook and has shown me how to smoke multiple types of meats. His knowledge of foods and personal choice of taste is adaptable to all taste and cultures. Very well manored. Very respectable person. His display of food is great and the flavor of food is very satisfying. He should be one of the highest rated chefs with a knowledge of down home backyard BBQ skills as well.

I own a brewery in Marysville, WA. Our brewery is small and doesn't have a kitchen to serve food. We have had Chef D bring his grill and setup outside the brewery on multiple occasions. He makes awesome BBQ, and his smoked chicken wings are to die for. Just wish he was still in the area to serve it up with Whitewall Beers.

Both Shauna and David are very professional at what they do,in all areas of the food industry.From buying and preparing top of the line ingredients,to using the "this is all I have to cook with"and making it look and taste like it's top of the line ingredients.I have had the pleasure of eating both of Shaunas and Davids meals prepared in a restaurant,and at their home,both very well planned and very tasty.Shauna and David are also very good at recommending drinks, and food depending on your likes and dislikes. Whether cooked in oven,or on a barbecue,never been disappointed.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    Typically we would have an initial phone consultation where we can discuss in detail the customer's event. No more than 10-15 minutes would allow us to gather all the information necessary to prepare an exact quote. We require a 50% deposit on the agreed upon amount to book the event and a 2 week deadline in order to properly prepare for the event. Event dates are secured once the deposit is made so we recommend booking the event as soon as possible to guarantee we will be available.

    40+ years of combined cooking experience in every type of restaurant preparing every type of cuisine. Professional training at Le Cordon Bleu in Pasadena, CA. National and State Food Handler Permits
