- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically we would have an initial phone consultation where we can discuss in detail the customer's event. No more than 10-15 minutes would allow us to gather all the information necessary to prepare an exact quote. We require a 50% deposit on the agreed upon amount to book the event and a 2 week deadline in order to properly prepare for the event. Event dates are secured once the deposit is made so we recommend booking the event as soon as possible to guarantee we will be available.

40+ years of combined cooking experience in every type of restaurant preparing every type of cuisine. Professional training at Le Cordon Bleu in Pasadena, CA. National and State Food Handler Permits
