I have traveled extensively around the world, being taught many different types of cuisine by some of the most esteemed chefs abroad, including Alice Waters one of the pioneers of the "organic, local, sustainable food movement. I am a people person. I have an energetic-positive personality and since I've worked as a private chef for the past 15 years I am great with children, pets and busy traveling households. I have mainly worked with A-list celebrities, and some quiet type families. I understand and respect privacy, as well as am familiar with managing up to 20 employees, buying the best products available and getting to know local farmers and markets. I am best known for my ease, sense of humor, integrity, loyalty and vastly creative cooking style and flexibility.
I love food and sharing my knowledge with others, and recognize that eating is an integral part of our lives. It is how we socialize, commune and get to know one another and one of the main reasons of what life is about. The kitchen table is a great place to hang out, right?
