My experience with Kitchen Bongou was simply the best! Every dish that I have tried has always left me wanting more..I especially enjoy the seasoning and spices used. My favorite dish by far has been the seared lamb chops. They were absolutely phenomenal and made to perfection! The quality of food as well as the professionalism of the staff is what I appreciated the most. They deserve 5 stars !!

Kitchen Bongou recently catered an event at my apartment complex for 60+ people and it was AMAZING!! The food was a hit with everyone! They served Cajun/Southern style food for our Mardi Gras theme. The Mac & Cheese bites were some of the best I've had and the mini Po-Boys were delicious! Also, the staff are very talented, professional and upbeat which made the event that much more enjoyable! Can't wait to have them cater for us again!

I love Mac and cheese. And James, hands down, makes the best Mac and cheese I have ever tasted. And he adds lobster to it! I have ate many dishes prepared by James and I have never been disappointed. You will LOVE his cooking and I would recommend him to anyone.

I highly recommend James for any of your catering needs. He has such a unique way of bringing out the best flavors - even in every day cuisines. He takes extra care in seasoning his dishes, and it's a difference you can definitely taste. Don't hesitate to give him a try - you won't be disappointed!
