Introduction: We are called permit expediting/design. We work on all types of construction -- residential, commercial, industrial and mix use developments. We also provide building, building code consulting, building handicap, handicap codes, green energy codes, environmental codes, planning and design review for new developments company. We can also provide conditioner use approvals for full liquor licenses, small subdivisions and variances. I did lot tie prior to starting my own company and worked for the city of Los Angeles as a building code inspector developments. I also provide construction management for independent companies.
