Q. Describe the most common types of jobs you do for your clients.

A. Room Additions, new construction and remodeling.__

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. Always look for quality not price, you go cheap and you will get cheap.

Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?

A. I wish I would know how to do it myself to make it cheaper.

Q. What important information should buyers have thought through before seeking you out?

A. Dimensions, scope of work, you just need a basic plan at least.

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. I use all quality parts and quality services. While others skimp on materials to save them some quick money, I purchase top quality material to get the job done perfectly.

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. I enjoy watching the process of work from digging foundation to stuccoing a home watching a plan come to fruition is the best part for me.

Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?

A. One question I am asked often is how could I do this my self. And I answer accordingly then I tell them the difficulty of the task and I get paid to do it.

Q. Do you have a favorite story from your work?

A. One of favorite times was when I was dropping off a sump pump and it nearly destroyed my dumping trailer.

Q. What do you wish customers knew about you or your profession?

A. That it is hard to do and I do it for that fact.__

Q. How did you decide to get in your line of work?

A. It is easy yet hard at the same time, I just love it.

Q. Tell us about a recent job you did that you are particularly proud of.

A. A recent job we completed was in lake forest where did a beautiful bathroom and added an extension to a living room in the end it looked magnificent.

Q. Do you do any sort of continuing education to stay up on the latest developments in your field?

A. Yes I am always looking up new materials and processes for anything to make my jobs faster and of higher quality.

Q. What are the latest developments in your field? Are there any exciting things coming in the next few years or decade that will change your line of business?

A. None to be honest its bricks and wood doesn't change to drastically.

Q. Describe your most recent project, what it involved, how much it cost, and how long it took.

A. A job in lake forest it took about 2 1/2 months total remodel of 2 bathrooms and addition to a living room.

A. Not complicated materials and labor we figure it by difficulty of task.

A. To keep working until your comfortable in building a complete house by your self.
