- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our estimate is fairly accurate, and we try to consider any extra costs, such as unexpected expenses or changes in materials. We take pride in providing high-quality work and materials that meet the standards, and we never compromise on quality. If you have any concerns about our pricing, please don't hesitate to reach out to us. We would be happy to discuss it with you and find a solution that works for both of us.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1-Firstly, we have a short consultation over the phone to discuss the scope of work. 2-We then schedule a home estimate. 3-We meet with the client at the property to understand their needs, goals, preferences, budget, project details, scope of work, and timeline. 4-Once we have agreed on the project details, we will provide you with a detailed estimate that includes the costs and timeline for the work to be done. 5-After you approve the estimate, we will begin the project, keeping you informed every step of the way and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise. We will also provide you with a contract.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
With over 14 years of experience, we have built, renovated, and repaired countless homes across various landscapes in the Los Angeles area. In addition, our founder Kevin holds a construction engineering degree from CSUN.
