Joelle Riffle

Introduction: My name is Joelle, and I'm a freelance graphic designer, fresh to Los Angeles from New York. While in New York, I graduated from Parsons the New School for Design, interned at several studios and agencies, and worked for a year at a small web and branding studio, where I was an integral part of their growing team. This summer, I decided that while I loved mesh and New York, I would like to try to strike it on my own on the west coast as a freelance graphic designer. As of August, I am living and working in Los Angeles. I have a diverse range of skills, including branding, art direction, advertising, social media, web design, light development, print and layout design, and more. I have a clean and contemporary, yet unique and a little bit playful or off-beat aesthetic. I rely on strong and perfect typography, strong use of color and contrast, and a great eye for beautiful compositions in my web, print, and branding work.
