- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
If a client is interested in any color services; please be ready to send me a picture of your current hair & a picture of the color you desire; this will get the consultation process started and eliminate any miscommunication about appointment time and pricing, thank you!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Always, always staying on top of the new looks and trends. We have professional classes at our salon and they are always different. I work at a proactive salon that also attends hair shows and always stays on top of the latest looks. ie: we were one of the 1st salons that does feathers before it became a trend.
