- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
20% discount for all first time clients. 20% discount for referrals - both parties $25 fee for cancelations less than 24hr before scheduled appointment House call clients pay Aaron’s Über expenses.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
New client consultations typically include a hair & scalp analysis & a discussion of the client’s personal culture, hair history & goals. A bespoke look is then designed for the client which best suits their hair, lifestyle, coloring, features & physiognomy. Styling and product recommendations will be given. The necessary products to support the client’s new hairstyle will be available for purchase.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Aaron is graduate of Cinta Aveda Institute, and holds a BFA in Art History & a BFA in Painting. Aaron has advanced training or coursework from: Vidal Sassoon Toni & Guy Davines Brazilian Blowout Oribe Tracey Cunningham Redken Wella Bumble & Bumble
