Cesar was polite and explained both the issues and remedies during the inspection visit. Once we agreed to work together, he communicated well on when he would be on site, including when he was going to be a little late due to an unforeseen situation. He kept the work area clean and neat. The repaired portions seem to have very closed texture as the original - something that's not easy to do. Most impressive of all, the final price was less than then original quote. He felt that the issue wasn't as bad as he originally thought. What an honest guy! The photos show the before and after the project. The paint is different and we knew this going in. It was the leftover paint from the original paint job, which was several years ago and has faded considerably. I plan to repaint the house soon and this wall is in the back of the property, not visible from street. Note: My repair project was a relatively small one. It was for peeling and cracked stucco on three separate walls. Hopefully this review provides you with a good reference for the scale of the project and the good contractor that Cesar is.

I had the pleasure of working with Cesar on an exterior stucco repair project. He was knowledgeable about the issues and how to repair the damaged stucco in a cost effective way. Very responsive and finished the job in less than two days. He also made sure everything was cleaned up both days before leaving. Will be calling C’z Remodeling for other projects in the future!

Cesar was great to work with. Nice guy, professional, and had experience regarding the work that was needed. He brought the tools needed for the job, got it done quickly, and cleaned everything up after. Would hire him again.
