Introduction: Homefixxers takes the "old school" type of approach when it comes to customer services and utilizes new technology and state of the art equipment to connect with new & potential clients and while getting the job done. Although I started this business solely and worked it and worked behind the scenes alone, I always believed that there has to be someone who is the customers contact all times . My lead guys, myself, and my family members or whoever is assigned to be the project mangers is brief in detail about who the customers is, how important they are (all customers are important as the next) and what is it that they really are trying to achieve by choosing to hire us. I always instill that not just going to do some handyman work, but are also going into these peoples homes, their sanctuaries, their "safe place" for the children, their loved ones. We are guest in your Home, who happen to be doing the work. Its simple, I give to my customers and employees everything I expect someone to give me. Respect, appreciation-and in this case appreciation for calling Homefixxers, and follow-up and through. My customer will typically receive a call from me (because I am the end all be all) so that I may ask how the job went, what can we do next to do better for you did we protect the floors as promised? Did we leave any trash anywhere behind? It's very import that when customers (usually high earners) come in the front door and look to see if we are gone and finished, that everything we touched is spotless and that the home is better than it was before we arrived. Nobody likes to come home to their home, not house, and feel as though "intruders "where here. I believe this is what sets up apart.
