Introduction: My name is Cody. I currently run and operate my own handyman service and property management company for various clients within the Los Angeles and Inland Empire area. I have been maintaining and managing the maintenance of property for over 15 years, which consist of properties from 100 to 200 plus units. I can oversee a staff of up to 40 persons not including outside vendors, all of these tasks would include the scheduling of time frames of work orders to be completed as well as project deadlines, prioritizing various simultaneous operations within the maintenance department as well as the front office which would include but not be limited to evictions, three-day notices, the marketing of vacant units, showing open units, and of course my favorite, the preparation and follow up of up and coming units. I am proficient with the Yardi computer base program and display great customer service skills. I have excellent organizational skills and am a great multi-tasker.
