Whats the most important thing a trainer can do for you? Is not just work you out for an hour, but set you up for a lifelong path to health. And Kenne did this for me. He was my first trainer, and he really believed in me as a client and friend. With his training and education I lost well over 150lbs, of which he can take a lot of credit. His knowledge and dedication to my successful weight loss lead to my eyes being opened to a world of an amazing fitness lifestyle. He kept our routines varied and fun, so I was never bored, but excited to see him. Never judgemental he adjusted routines if they were too hard for me. And safely built me up to do things i never thought i could do. Outside the gym, we went to a group bootcamp class on weekends on a regular bases. This was a turning point for me, making exercise not just a chore but a fun activity as well. And he was there beside me every step of the way. Making sure I didn't get hurt. I can't express how happy I am to have had him as a trainer, and recommend him to anyone willing to listen. You can trust he will help you accomplish your goals. It being weight loss, or muscle gain as he is really well educated in it all. And his nutrition as well. My favorite thing he did for me besides helping me lose weight, was introducing me to weight training. As a female this was a new concept to me. And this knowledge is power. Weight training is key to successful weight loss, not just cardio. The best tip he told me that stuck with me was: "We build muscle to get stronger to last longer when we do the cardio." Before meeting Kenne, I spent hours in front of a treadmill seeing slow results, and hating it every step, once he started training with me my life changed. There is so much knowledge to be gained about fitness. and Kennes is a great guy for it. Thank You Kenne. You truly are a life saver/changer.

Ken is a great motivator. He is able to assess your degree of fitness and taylor-fit an exercise program that works for you - at least it did for me! He has the right level of empathy and urging that keeps you going but not so overboard so you don't want to come back!

Ken Tompkins is an excellent personal trainer. He finds innovative ways to engage his clients. He is always flexible with one's schedule and also focuses on your overall health rather than quick fixes. Ken puts in a lot of his own personal time to better his clients by modifying every training to be individually planned for the client. Ken provides the overall package; genuine trainer, nutritionist and motivator.
