Introduction: Property Preservation Services of California (PPS) is a mortgage field service company based in Los Angeles. We provide property cleaning and preservation services, vacant property inspections, REO property maintenance, and much, much more. We ensure that vacant and abandoned properties are promptly and adequately secured and remain protected from default through conveyance, thus ensuring timely conveyance of the property to investors or insurers. In all cases, we will abide by FHA and the loan's regulatory guidelines, unless otherwise instructed by our client. When no regulatory guidelines apply, we will follow HUD guidelines and fee schedule. We will endeavor to work within the loan's published fee schedule, and when impossible, provide our client with a detailed written estimate prior to starting the work. We maintain contact with code enforcement officers to proactively monitor and correct violations issued or pending on properties managed by our clients. When necessary, we work with certified sub-contractors utilizing the most cost-effective procedures to help eliminate out-of-pocket expenses for our clients.
