I have a 4/3 in Los Angeles. Kristen was my cleaner. I never used a housekeeper before. I had a stroke last year, and cleaning has been difficult. I set the appointment with Erica, who informed me the business was newly formed but, a team of experienced, professionals. She put me at ease, offered me a special price and so I went for it. They were 15 minutes early, and Erica, owner actually came to meet me and supervise the clean. Kristen was my cleaner, she was polite and funny. I thought I would feel awkward but quite the contrary. Erica even ran an errand for me, that was a pleasant surprise! All in all,a great experience! I only took a star off because it took longer than I expected. 7hrs. But, they explained the first clean is usually the longest. All in all, great job!

Erica was terrific! She was on time, proactive and a self starter. She came to do a deep clean of my new home and she handled areas I didn't even think about (and so glad she did because they were really dirty). Erica also made sure to honor my request of using natural cleaning supplies. I highly recommend Erica.

I like most mother's have an extremely busy schedule (currently in residency). I was referred to Erica Carroll by a friend and immediately reached out to schedule an appointment for service. She was extremely polite and very flexible. She worked with my scheduled which was a huge help. Needless to say, she did a wonderful job!! I could not be more pleased. Everything I requested to be handled was done! I was so satisfied with the service I had to write a review to spread the word! If your in need of a good cleaning service, I would definitely recommend!!!

Erica is amazing. She cleans for us once a week. She went the extra mile to get our house thoroughly up to scratch in the first two visits and has maintained it ever since. With three kids and living near the beach we notice the massive difference Erica makes. She is courteous, rings ahead of time, does a wonderful job, has nice little touches, and leaves us with a lovely haven to come home to. Thoroughly recommend her services.
