FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices may vary depending on the type of cleaning, size and or any extras (windows interior, laundry, inside oven, patio, deep clean baseboards, inside cabniets and washing blinds). This is not required however for deep cleaning projects, if you would like to email me pictures of an focus area, it will give me a better understanding on what to expect. Every cleaning is different. Someone who may want a deep cleaning, may not actually need that. I want to be as fair as possible with pricing. I have a summer special going on you guys! If you like specials like I do, we are going to be great friends :) First time clients get a free extra between a refridgerator cleaning or up to 4 window cleaning. (window cleaning does not include deep cleaning blinds or shutters) 15 dollars off your next cleaning if you refer a friend I take cash, checks or if you have cash app (Venomo) i also accpect. Although emergencies do happen, please call or email me if you have to cancell the cleaning. A 20 dollar fee will be applied if email or message isnt sent withtin 24 hour of the cleaning. Each week without a phone call or email, a extra 5 dollars will be applied.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First and foremost, I will send an email and call to confirm your first appointment. I also provide a check list in your email to allow you the chance to know what all that I do. What I've notice during the years of me cleaning homes is that I have some clients that are at times in a rush to go to work in the mornings, so they dont have enough time to do a quick walk through. Therefore being the case, I will most likely call or email prior to your appointment to get a better understanding on your most focus areas for me. I dont want to miss anything. However, i want to be completely honest with timing and pricing. The process isn't long. I believe that communication is key. My goal is to keep you as a client.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I started working in the cleaning industry back in 2010. The first company i worked with was called MAID IN THE USA. They taught me everything from how to make a bed properly to sorting applicences in a decorative order. I know that sounds strange but in the cleaning business (housekeeper hotel cleaners) they have a structured way on how to make a bed and organizing such things as toothpaste, soap and shampoo. They taught me "Lables should be faced forward" :). With time, I gathered to become very detailed oritented.
