I didn’t actually end up working with Joe, BUT from my interactions he is an honest, stand up guy. I being a first time user actually paid Joe via Thumbtack before he arrived. Upon arrival he let me know that the job was going to require two of his truck loads (I estimated one) and that he would have to charge double as a result and would understand if I wanted to find another vendor with bigger equipment (which I did). Joe could have easily disappeared with the money, but he remained communicative and worked with Thumbtack to refund the money. Honesty goes a long way in the services business!

I have had Joe’s cleaning service three times now. The first time, two lovely ladies came and I had not had my place cleaned in a long time due to an injury, despite my efforts (difficult without being able to use my arm though). Then I unfortunately sustained a concussion which made things MUCH worse to say the least - the first time Flora came, I felt so bad I had not had time to pick up things at all/it was such an insane mess I called to cancel but then Joe phoned me and assured me it was okay and we could charge it as a larger cleaning that time and dear Flora kindly helped me immensely start to get back on track and dealt with my messiness but then also cleaned very well and thoroughly. She also offered me extremely kind words and was not judge mental when I was judging myself and we agreed that we would now do a weekly service and I couldn’t be more thankful to have the help working full time + injuries etc. It is well worth it to have their help and their kindness and how they are both professional but personal is a serious added bonus when you’re struggling. That being said I do want to stress that everyone who has come. Here to clean did a very THOROUGH and detailed job. I have had cleaning services in the past where the bare minimum was done. Although I have been messy and had trouble cleaning recently, I was raised to clean very thoroughly believe it or not so I have been very impressed and thankful with their cleaning as well. I also just want to say thank you again because I feel like I am finally in a state of things being a bit more mangeable with the weekly help - I HIGHLY recommend Joe’s service!! I should also make sure to mention, last but certainly not least, Joe is very kind, responsive and professional and I am very thankful for him and his team. Thank you so much! Please do not hesitate to book with them - as frequently as possible to keep up if you’re working from home like me especially! Well worth it. Thanks again.

Joe was quick to reply, worked with my rather limited schedule & for a very fair price. The pair of ladies that arrived were both top wonderful! They did a terrific deep clean and were very kind, thorough and detailed. I couldn't have asked for a better first Thumbtack experience.
