Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?

A. Can anyone learn to draw? I say yes. We are all artist in some way or another. It is where we place our artistry that determines what type of artist we are and not if we are or not. We all have creation in comon therefor, we're all creators.
The child that grows to be an athelete may run faster. But the child that walks by his side is equaly talented. When the faster takes the lead, the followers press even harder. For me it was watching something come from nothing on my cousin's paper. Though He never tought me nothing, the drawings he did in front of me set me in motion to be as great or even better. Thanx to Him and a very suportive big bro, I can pass it on.

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. Andre is an imaginative illustrator, painter, and sculptor who is driven by an incredible passion for self-expression through art. his works are often noted for their unique style, elegance, and technique. Andre has developed an innovative style that blends precise realism with abstract expressionism. His use of vibrant colors and strong lines make his work an excellent choice for a wide range of projects and purposes. Andre is accomplished in using traditional methods as well as modern technique. Andre's illustrations have also appeared in numerous children's books and textbooks. Although Andre loves to express his version through art, he is also adept at creating commercial works and readily communicates the vision of his clientele.

A. Yes I will travle
Most work can be compleeted via enternet or mail.
Prices range from...$10.00 - $350.00. Can you draw an active child? Yes, A lotta times parents try and force a child to sit still while being drawn. This usualy results in a sad faced drawing. I say, let the kid be a kid and with all the mooving the right angle reapears quite often. Can you touch up an old photo? Yes. Most photos can be restored even enhanced via pc software. If you want the originl touched up, that can be done too.

Q. Do you have a favorite story from your work?

A. My favorite story by far is when I fell into a VIP party Shaquille O'neal's birthday party. I had no idea that the restaurant I was seeking employment at was having a huge NBA all star line up that nite. As soon as I heard about it, I completely dropped the busboy idea. I ran back to my studio and grabbed my 15ft high easel and a 4ft x 5ft painting of Charles Barkley in rage as he slammed dunked a fiery Phoenix Suns Basket ball. After setting it up in this huge empty room, I went to freshen up. when I returned, the room was packed with NBA stars. They were all laughing and cracking friendly jokes about Charls B and the painting. Someone said out loud..." There's the guy who painted it, right there". The room went completely silent as all heads turned to me and stared for a good 3 seconds.(hapends often) That nite...I became an artist for sure. I met and scheched a lot of great people and felt pretty great as well. I'll draw at your party too.

Q. What do you wish customers knew about you or your profession?

A. The one thing I wish I could put in words is... Art is love, when someone ask you to draw or paint their favorite photo of someone or something, It opens the heart to perfection. You can feel the perfect love for the person being drawn and become engulfed in the piece.
That is also the passion of my trade that also makes it just as heartbreaking. Such as a lost photo...yeah, it hapends. I once had the pleasure of draw for a young boy who saved his alowence to have me draw his mom and dads first date. While waiting for him to arrive to pick it up, I lost his prise photo. I'm still very sad to this day. Now I ask for an email or copy of the original when ever possible.
