Introduction: My work stands out as my gift is to really extract from my clients what their true desires are for their home and really find their personal aesthetic, even if they don't think they have one. The list is long: I love being of service and transforming a space to make people's lives better. I love that I have to wear so many hats and multitask so that every area of my brain is utilized. Design often is a small part of the process and its important to have excellent conflict/resolution skills, to know how to manage production and a budget efficiently, ask the right questions to manufacturers, and most importantly, LISTEN.

Kristin completely remodeled and redesigned my condo from start to finish. This included new flooring, wallpaper, wall tile, countertops, recessed lighting, appliances, furniture, curtains - even new plants! Kristin made choosing everything that went into this project fun. She has a wonderful eye and sense of style. I still get compliments all the time on the space in which I both live and work.

I am constantly attending classes, events and seminars to stay on top of trends and technology.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
It really chose me. I was in sales and marketing communications first (which really helps) and after being laid off 3 x in 9 months in that field, a dear friend saw my house and recommended me to a friend. Everything just flowed and I knew I had to go to school and learn more!
