My daughter's Laptop was extremely slow and would not connect to wi-fi anymore. Mr. Broussard repaired it and it is now lightening fast and able to connect again. The services was prompt, professional and reasonably priced!

This is the second time I've used thumbtack but the first time I actually hired a referral. Larry Broussard: was professional, courtesy and arrived at the stated times. He did a great job getting my computer's speed back up and cleared out all the "junk"!! And even left me w/ a few tips.

Larry is fairly knowledgeable but a bit short on listening and client interaction. His rates are reasonable and he delivered in a timely fashion. Could be a good fit for the right situation.

It is important to understand all options available when a condition occurs. I try to provide as much information as possible, but communication is difficult if the information is only given and can't be received - for whatever reason. I've worked on my listening skills over the years - for this reason, and it always pays off in reduced time on the job. I hope to be hired for my expertise; not as a sounding board. Also, listening is a two-way exercise; those who are quick to judge in that respect tend to be the actual culprit.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I recently received California State Certification in Web Design and Database Management. My degree in Computer Science, Information Technology comes in June 2015 (following the completion of the single class I have left for degree status.)
How did you get started doing this type of work?
It was 29 years ago; I forgot! It had something to do with the novelty of the PC, back in 1984. Since then, it has been a love-love, love-hate relationship!
What types of customers have you worked with?
Most common: slow computers, custom application, custom website, hardware maintenance, O/S upgrade, virus removal, system upgrade, training.
