- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices are based on ,type of event since all events required diferent type of equipment ,Distance ,set up time ,and down time also if a custumer need extras we include also like light wands or props to make the ambient of the Dj /karaoke be more fit to the event.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Is a really simple process the one we work whit ..everithing start whit contacting our custumers or the other way around follow by a quick meeting to discuss all details of the event like music equipment dress code etc, we ask for a down payment to reserve the day of the event and a sign contract to make everithing formal ,the day of the event we get there whit at least one hour ahead to make arrangements and all test necessary to the equipment ...after one hour to take down everithing follow by the last payment copy of the contract for the custumer and like that we finish our service always hoping to reach the standard of satisfaction all our costumers deserve..
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in this bussiness since 2005 and i been learning from many diferents Djs even tho i have no school 99.9 of our events in wich i perform have been a great success
