A. Weddings ,proms and school dances , bachelor and bachelorette parties , night out on the town, vegas runs , anniversaries , sweet 16 partys , birthdays ect

A. Ask questions and keep in mind we wouldnt have been in business for as long as we have been if we were not doing something right.

Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?

A. Always ask if the price you are being given is the total price and not the base price. Ask what the cancellation policy is and ask exactly what is going to be included with their service.

Q. What important information should buyers have thought through before seeking you out?

A. Be sure to have as much information as possible such as the date you will be looking for service , the amount of passengers you will have ,the amount of hours you are looking for ect.

A. american limousine has been in business for over 25 years and has a large fleet of a variety of limousines that are sure to fit anybodys need for their special occasion . Our drivers our professional and friendly and very good at what they do .

A. I like helping people to make their special occasion memorable

A. Our customers ask about our service and i tell them with american limousine their are no hidden fees i am very straight up and honest about everything exactly what they will get and what we do and do not do there are no suprises with american limousine

Q. Do you have a favorite story from your work?

A. When i follow up with my customers to see how everything went and they tell me how wonderful their day or night was and how happy they were with service then i know i have done my job and that makes me happy.

Q. What do you wish customers knew about you or your profession?

A. That there is the rare occasion that some thing may happen that is out of our control and that we will do everything in our power to remedy it if that is the case

A. I enjoy working with people my personality is very fitting to this kind of work

Q. Tell us about a recent job you did that you are particularly proud of.

A. I booked a reservation who was very hesitant on booking she had a very bad experience with another limo company i was very thorough on the service we would provide answered her questions and reassured her our service would be nothing like what she had encountered previously with the other company. After we provided service she called the next day and told me what a wonderful time she had and thanked me for being so patient and helpful and told me when she ever needed service again she would only call me

Q. Do you do any sort of continuing education to stay up on the latest developments in your field?

A. I always research the newest limousines that our coming out so that may be added to out fleet so that we can better fit our customers needs
