Introduction: Through the use of a safe environment we can foster the exploration of past and present life events, patterns of behaviors and barriers that keep you from living the life you deserve. We will work together in creating a plan that will allow you to learn about yourself and most importantly, for you to leave therapy with tools that you can use in your daily life. I have extensive training working with families and children who struggle with various issues from family conflict, to behavioral problems, and individuals who are going through life transitions. My area of specialization is working with Couples. I offer 10 sessions that focus on helping couples that are engaged, married, or cohabiting, identify growth areas through formal assessment, resolve conflicts, strengthen their communication skills, and develop a more balanced relationship with one another.
