Aiko Meditation (1 hour)
Aiko means “unconditional love” in Japanese, the core concentration and concept of the Aiko Massage Meditation. Very similar to Swedish method, the Aiko Massage Meditation utilizes long lovely strokes in promoting deep and full relaxation. It's used basically for full body massage sessions to help in circulation, including muscle kneading to relieve tensions. All other offered services are created upon the loving fundamentals of Aiko Massage Meditation. Aiko consists of the application of compassionate touch, a visit to the aroma-sanctuary, and energy work.
A delicious 30-minute session is available as an additional to any of our offered awakening body scrubs & comforting wraps.

Deep Meditation (1 hour)
Similar to the Aiko Massage Meditation, deep massage meditation will take you even further in your voyage of healing relaxation. Further attention is given to stressed-out parts with deliberate strokes and deeper pressure utilized in stretching connective tissues and in releasing chronic tension patterns. This particular most popular massage involves trigger point therapy, energy work, an indulgent visit to the aroma-sanctuary, and compassionate touch.

An appetizing 30-minute session is available as an additional to any one of our enlivening body scrubs & Zen-inducing wraps.

Jade Rock Garden (1 hour & 30 min.)
An authentic LaStone® Cold and Hot Stone massage treatment immediately connects the soul with mother nature's daily blessings through the stones' application. The stones brings features of cooling vibrations, warmth, and therapeutic sound to one's body, by honoring the soul's energies and breath.

Cooled and heated stones are applied in particular ways to give relief to stiff and sore muscles, producing alleviation of common acute and chronic problems. The stones motivate “vascular gymnastics” of circulatory system to help the body in healing itself. Jade Rock Garden consists compassionate touch, a visit to the chakra-balancing aroma-sanctuary, and energy work.
