FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
During our initial consultation call, I like to find out the exact needs and expectations of my potential new client. We have a plethora of content and tools to choose from that I’ve created over the last two decades, and all my presentations and workshops can be customized to address and meet the exact needs of my client. My goal is to create a transformative event that will leave a lasting impression and have real impact.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve received extensive presentation skills, writing, and communications training since 2005. My early communications and presentation skills training was provided through Canon USA when I was a sales trainer there. I then became a Toastmasters competent communicator and competed in regional competitions. As an entertainment industry professional and a producer who ran a production company for a number of years, I’ve received media training and have media coached many clients. I am a two time TEDx Speaker and a TEDx coach.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
In 2005, I started work as a sales trainer for Canon USA. My job entailed speaking in front of large audiences composed mostly of sales teams. This is when I fell in love with the art of communication and information transfer. I also honed my presentation skills through the extensive training that Canon provided and through Toastmasters International, where I received a Competent Communicator certification and went on to compete and regional competitions.
