We offer a secure storage facility so that your belongings will remain safe and nothing will be damaged. We label and color-code each of our boxes so that every item can be easily located. Our unique packing service securely stores all delicate, fragile and cherished items. Once stored, an inventory list of your personal belongings are numbered, locked up and monitored 24 hours a day. Warehouse storage is another valuable service we are happy to provide.

DO YOU OFFER SPECIAL PACKING MATERIALS FOR FRAGILE, DELICATE ITEMS?
We offer door-to-door delivery of moving supplies and materials such as bubble wrap, tape, shrink wrap, moving boxes, wardrobe boxes at your request.

WHAT ARE THE BENFITS OF HIRING PROFFESIONAL MOVERS TO PACK MY BELONGINGS?
Our professional movers are trained to prevent your belongings from getting damaged. We pack everything the proper way and use extra padding to make sure that there is no extra space in the box. We offer every residential and commercial customer careful, efficient and attentive packing services. Boxes of various sizes are pre-labeled and color coordinated for each room. This saves time and helps keep everything organized. The labels are very specific and categorized so that everything can easily be identified. The sturdy materials that we use are eco-friendly. We ensure the safety of your belongings in order to minimize the client’s stress.

There are no restrictions or bad time of month or year to move. Global Moving Solutions committed to offering you the very best service at the best price to reassure that you will have peace of mind.


WHAT TIME OF DAY WILL MY ITEMS BE DELIVERED OR PICKED UP?
Appointments for delivery and pick up for your items are usually scheduled for a window of time and Global Moving Solutions will provide you with the estimated window of time one [1] business day before your move. This window of time is only an estimate – based on driver availability on the day of your move. A driver will be provided on the date you choose, but the time is estimated and not guaranteed.

HOW AND WHEN SHOULD I PAY FOR THE MOVE?
Our normal company policy is that your move be paid in full (via cash, money order or direct deposit into our bank) prior to delivery of your items at your new destination drop-off address.

DO YOU REQUIRE A DEPOSIT?
Unlike other companies, we normally DO NOT require a deposit. The exception to this policy is if you are scheduling a move with less than 5 business days notice. In that case, we require a non-refundable deposit of $200 (via credit card or bank deposit) to hold your reservation. This deposit is applied to your final bill.
For all other contracts, a cancellation fee of $100 will apply if you cancel your move within 5 business days of your move date. A cancellation fee of $200 will apply if you cancel the day before or on the actual day of your move. There is no fee to move the loading date of your shipment.

CAN GLOBAL MOVING SOLUTIONS PROVIDE SERVICES FOR LARGE HOUSEHOLD MOVES?
Global Moving Solutions can arrange service for any size move you may have - whether is be a single room or 20 rooms in your house. If your shipment will not fit in the standard 26' box truck, we can arrange to provide two (2) trucks (for a total of 52' of space) that will hold up to 36,000 pounds and provides over 3600 cubic feet of space.
