Highly recommend and would rehire. Very fast response time and great customer service. We needed our king size bed frame moved into our apartment that’s on the 3rd floor. There is no elevator and our bed frame weighs about 300 pounds. They got it in our apartment in less than an hour and scratch free.

I used Jacob to pack and load two of the packrat containers for long distance moving. I just moved in to my new place and unpacked almost everything. Everything was in perfect condition, nothing broken or damaged. I highly recommend these Gus for all your moving needs. They are very professional and take really good care of your goods. Jacob from Total Moving was awesome. He was very flexible with my timing (willing to come after 8pm) and drove overnight so that it would be delivered by early morning. Everything was packaged very carefully and he was very speedy at moving in/out. It was done in no time, and he was also very responsive to my messages. Overall a great experience, and Jacob was a nice guy whom I felt totally okay leaving my stuff with! Thank you!
